This class is for expectant parents who have not previously taken a childbirth class. This six week class takes place Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 9:00pm on May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and June 7, 2012.
This class is for expectant parents who just want to learn the childbirth basics taught in one day. This class also works well for returning parents as a refresher course. It occurs Saturdays, from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

This fun and interactive play date for you and your child introduces what becoming a big brother or sister means. There’s a movie, books, drawing and hands-on activities. They’ll be taught safety and precautions too. An adult must attend class with child.

We will discuss your hospital stay, what recovery from both cesarean or vaginal delivery is like, and caring for yourself when you go home. Includes a Family Birth Place tour.
